Our contact at FEMA Headquarters would like to know if any deaf, hard of hearing, or deafblind Kentuckians living in the counties listed below have experienced damage from the storms, tornadoes, flooding, landslides, and mudslides from April 2nd to the present. If so, please contact your local emergency manager and inform KCDHH.
The counties are: Anderson, Butler, Carroll, Christian, Clark, Franklin, Hardin, Hopkins, Jessamine, McCracken, Mercer, Owen, and Woodford.
FEMA has not yet approved Individual Assistance, but they are trying to gather information about D/HH/DB survivors in advance, in case the State’s disaster declaration request is approved.
